Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a mixture of the herbal elements in the given ratio. You may preserve the mixture in a glass jar.

Take 3/4 Tbsp from the mixture and pour 4 cups hot water over them. Then let them steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

Strain the mixture. Now your tea is ready.
