Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a mixture of the herbal elements in the given ratio so that they amount to 1/2 tbsp tea.

 

Step 2

Pour 1.5 cups hot water over them. Then let them steep for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 3

Strain the blend. Now your tea is ready.
