Nursing Mama Tea is an excellent tea blend designed to aid in restoring the health of the new mother. This mix is filled with vitamins & minerals required for a healthy breast milk supply. There is a long tradition to use fenugreek and goat’s rue in stimulating lactation. If a new mother can use this tea blend two to three times a day for the first two weeks after birth, she can experience robust milk production throughout the entire nursing period.
